I've had instances where I've been accused of rush cuffing when someone would be in a 5 feet radius of me and attempted to rob a store. I'd do the normal Down On the Ground, Drop Anything you're holding blah blah, and normally just SLOWLY approach them to slam the cuffs down on them. Plus with all the rob spamming with people doing quick runs to get some small change a taser would ...
