Heres the format. Any applications must be presented with a poll or will be ignored. In order to be accepted you must have atleast 90% of the total vote (requiring a minimum of atleast 5 votes). During the poll, people will be allowed to RESPECTFULLY state why you should or why you should not become an admin. Applicants who are rejected may reapply one month later.
