Warrants and Lockpicks

Warrants:
I know not many properties are owned currently at the moment , but later on when the server is bigger it'd help for RP situations.

Lockpicks: Made for police/swat only! For breaking in locked areas for raids against crime organizations or whatever.

and theres C2 when the need arises

SWAT have C2 btw i have only 9 atm but i can't give them because if i want a refill i will need to ask to a admin for it.

Warrants may be a bit of a pain to RP as there are few judges (pretty much only Gold on his third character and the multiple character system is off) and they can still be classic RP'ed (yay for /me). If there is much demand for them though, I'll add them.

As for lockpicks, those won't be given to the PD for free in favor of the return of crowbars.

Warrents are do able though. Mostly Rped and usally Rped wrong.... They should be made and given out by the chief though that could also work. Ie needs one goes back and gets one. Im not sure about cops getting C2 though cause it will kill everyone inside. Crowbars would be the way to go.
