item for the pd or swat

in some servers ive seen the swat and or the senior officers have battering rams....i think this would be good because people are always running and hiding in there clan hideout......

and i still need that NPC, btw @ all any suggestions where i should put it?

and when profit mod works i would maybe suggest a shop NPC somewhere that would sell lesser items, since new people are attracted to unfamiliar NPCs like a fly to a dogs ass, yet they dont even know the syndicate exists

Not in the open, and yes I know its job protected but still. I think Seph just finished doing crowbars?

They were but removed due to people abusing them I think. Or Seph forgot to re add them?
