Section 1 Criminal offences - Felony's, Person vs. state
1: Murder - One person intentionally killing another
A- 1st degree: An unlawful killing that is both willful and premeditated
B- 2nd degree: An intentional killing that is not premeditated or planned
2: Involuntary manslaughter- An unintentional killing that results from recklessness or criminal negligence
3: Voluntary manslaughter- An intentional killing in which the offender had no prior intent to kill
4: Vehicular Man slaughter- When a person driving hits and kills another person
A: Volentary- The person driving had intent to kill
B: Involentary- The person driving did not have an intent to kill the person hit
5: Attempted Suicide- When a person tries to kill themself
6: Kidnapping- The taking of a person from one place to another against his or her will
7: Robbery- Theft of property or money through the offender's use of physical force or fear against a victim
A- Unarmed robbery: A robbery that takes place without any weapons
B- Armed robbery: A robbery in which the person is armed and dangerous
8: Burglary- The unlawful entry into almost any structure, with the intent to commit any crime inside
9: Conspiracy- When two or more people agree to commit almost any unlawful act, then take some action toward its completion
10: Aiding and abetting / Accessory- Anyone who helps in the commission of a crime
11: Assault/Battery- Commeted when
1: A person tries to or does physically strike another
2: A person acts in a threatening manner to put another in fear of immediate harm
A- Aggravated Assault: A person tries to or does cause severe injury to another
1: A person causes injury through use of a deadly weapon
12: Harassment- Constantly annoying a person with spam.
A: Sexual Harassment- Constantly annoying someone with spam inculding profanity
13: Possession of a deadly weapon- When a person has a weapon of anykind
A: Possession of a weapon without a liscence- When a person has a gun and they do not have a liscence or the proper liscence for it
14: Disorderly conduct- Makes it a crime to
1: To be drunk in public
2: Disturb the peace
15: Indecent exposure- Purposefully display one's genitals in public
16: Arson- when a person intentionally burns almost any kind of structure or building
A- Different degrees depending on the damage and areas affected
17: Drug cultivation / manufacturing- Makes it a crime to
1: To grow, produce, and possess certain plants and other substances used in the production of unlawful controlled substances
2: To produce illegal controlled substances like cocaine, methamphetamine, LSD, PCP, Ecstasy and others
18: Drug distribution / trafficking- Penalizes the selling, transportation, and illegal import into the United States of unlawful controlled substances
19: Drug possession- illegal to willfully possess illegal controlled substances
20: Money laundering- When a person transfers money derived from almost any criminal activity in an attempt to hide the orgins of the funds
21: Bribery- The offer or acceptance of anything of value in exchange for influence on a government/public official or employee
22: Extortion- The gaining of property or money by almost any kind of force

23: Embezzlement- theft of assets money or property by a person in a position of trust or responsibility over those assets

Section 2 Civil law - Person vs. Person
A Civil case can be brought to court and settled there
There is no punishment or jail time because of civil offences
Civil offences result in one person paying the other for damages

Section 3 Courts
The courts settles Criminal and Civil cases
When someone is arrested they will await there trial to determin their punishment
Civil cases will also be disputed in court to determin who is entitled to their claims
Each person in court is sworn under Oath
Lieing in court is a crime in which multiple charges can be held againts that person
There are no weapons allowd in the court at anytimes execpt for police and the bailff
In order to win a criminal case a person must win over 100 % of the jury
To win a civil case a person must win 51% of the jury

Section 4 Bail
The right for bail is approved or denied by a judge or the Police
A person can be denied bail if their crime is to severe
Bail is usally offered for most crimes
The higher the crime the higher the price of bail

Section 5 Punishment
1: Murder(DM)- 150$ Bail or 5 minutes in jail
A- 1st degree: 200$ Bail or 5.5 minutes in jail
B- 2nd degree: 150$ Bail or 5 minutes in jail
2: Involuntary manslaughter- 100$ fine or 4 minutes in jail
3: Voluntary manslaughter- 125$ fine or 4 minutes in jail
4: Kidnapping- 100-250$ bail depending on the intent and 3 to 6.5 minutes in jail
5: Robbery unarmed- 300$ bail for 711 or 4 minutes in jail, 500$ bail for Diner or 5 minutes in jail, 2000$ bail for Bank or 10 minutes in jail
A: Robbery Armed- 350$ bail for 711 or 4 minutes in jail, 550$ bail for Diner or 5 minutes in jail, 2100$ bail for Bank or 10 minutes in jail
6: Conspiracy- 50$ fine if caught
7: Burglary (breaking or entering)- 250$ bail or 3 minutes in jail
A: Tresspassing- 100$ fine
8: Assault/Battery- 50$ fine
A: Aggravated Assault- 100$ bail or 2 minuit in jail
9: Arson- 250-1000$ bail depending on damages and size of the fire
10: Money laundering- 150$ fine if caught
11: Bribery- 200-500$ fine depending on who the Bribe was given to.
12: Disorderly conduct- 50$ fine
13: Drug cultivation / manufacturing- 500$ bail if caught or 5 minutes in jail
14: Drug distribution / trafficking- 300$ bail or 4.5 minutes jail time
15: Drug possession- 200$ bail or 3.5 minuit in jail
16: Extortion- 600$ fine if caught and property returned
17: Indecent exposure- 50$ fine
18: Aiding and abetting / Accessory- 150-700$ bail depending on the crime or 4 to 6 minutes in jail
19: Forgery- 550$ fine or possible jail time if caught
20: Impersonation- 200$ bail or 5.5 minutes in jail
21: Embezzlement- 100-600$ fine depending on stolen goods or possible jail time
22: Possession of a deadly weapon- 100$ fine
A: Possession of a deadly weapon without proper liscence- 150$ bail or 3 minuit in jail
23: Attempted Suicide- 100$ fine
24: Vehicular Man slaughter- 150$ fine
A: Voluntary- 200$ bail or 4 minuit in jail
B: Involuntary- 150$ fine if its civilians fault the punishment will be less
25: Harassment- 100$ fine
1: Harassment via sms- 150$ fine
26: Sexual Harassment- 250$ fine
2: Sexual Harassment via sms- 300$ fine
